Singapore to Athens direct was 13 hours. We left at 1am and arrived at 7am from memory. I wouldn't say it was the most comfortable night, but the logic worked - try and sleep on the plane as much as you can, and when we arrived in Athens we just stayed up for as long as we could (about 8pm).
